Lindsey Self Storage Management Adds New Location
Lindsey Self Storage Management is proud to announce its most recent addition to the portfolio, located in Clarksville, TN. The facility was acquired by Volta Global, a private investment group active in venture capital, private equity, real estate, and public markets. This marks the fourth facility Volta Global has closed on since first making its entrance into the storage industry in 2016. The group plans to implement its own brand, First USA Storage, across its entire portfolio (www.FirstUSAStorage.com)
The addition of this new management contract brings the Lindsey Team’s total to 11 locations in the Southeast.
